Once you’re booked on we send a text reminder to you the evening before we clean your windows.

When we’ve completed the clean we post one of our cards through your door.

Your payment is then made by either bank transfer or your direct debit.

Payments

  • We only accept payment by bank transfer or direct debit
  • Customers wishing to pay by direct debit can set this up on our payments page
  • Upon completing your booking you will be able to signup to our direct debit facility if you wish

Your direct debit

Upon completion of each clean we will process your direct debit payment which takes around 7-10 days to clear.

In the event we don’t clean your windows for any reason then no payment is processed.

We send you a text message reminder the evening before we’re due to clean your windows.

FAQ

Will I receive a notification/ confirmation of my booking?

Yes, all bookings are confirmed by email notification. Once you’ve booked you should receive you booking confirmation straight away.

Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as depending on your email filtering settings, your confirmation can end up in there.

how often do you clean?

We only clean on a 4 weekly cleaning cycle. Our customers use our service because they want to keep their windows clean, not because their windows are filthy and as a result need cleaning.

What happens if i forget to leave my gate unlocked?

If you’ve forgotten to leave your gate unlocked and we were only able to clean your front windows then we will process the direct debit for front only window cleaning which is £10.



what happens if im on holiday when you’re due to clean my windows?

Simply let us know you’re away and we will skip that clean until the next cycle in 4 weeks time. If you still wish for us to clean your front windows while you’re away we can do this at the cost of £10.

how do i set up gocardless payments (direct debit)?

Once you’ve made your booking you will be taken to the booking confirmation page, there you can setup on our direct debit system.
