We send you a text message reminder the evening before we’re due to clean your gutters. We also request gate access is provided for the day we’re due.

While that’s a matter of preference, the speed at which your gutters become full or blocked can depend on a variety of factors, eg whether your house has overhanging trees, or if the roof of your house has lots of moss on. If this is the case you’ll most likely end up requiring gutter clearance every 6-12 months. If not the case you could go 12-18 months between clearance, which many of our customers do.
Through experience we know when downpipes are blocked, mainly by sound and vibration within the pipe. We use our gutter vac systems to clear blockages and if need be we’ll take downpipes apart to get to the blockage, putting them back together when cleared.
You will be able to pay on the day if you’re home. Bank transfer details will be provided by text message if you’re not. Customers are expected to make payment the same day as we complete the job for you.
