If you like the sound of being your own boss, choosing your own working hours as well as making a good living then one of our franchise’s might be exactly what you are looking for.
We are currently seeking our next franchisee to join our rapidly expanding team. The position is an active outside role, so if you like keeping fit and being outdoors as well as making a good living, this could be the job for you.
You will be self employed working under our franchise agreement but will still be able to chose your working hours and earnings. During your working day you will spend most of your time cleaning windows outside so will work in varied weather, all year round.
All applicants must be motivated, organised and show a good work ethic. We will provide full training and ongoing support with our knowledge and experience to any successful applicant to ensure the success of your franchise business.
This franchisee will begin on £28K per annum with potential to earn up to £84k per annum, working around 40 hours per week. Although it’s your own responsibility to grow your own workload, we are happy to support you in the growth of your round to a level you desire, as long as both quality and workload can be sustained.
Alternatively, if you would prefer less working hours and more time off then we can build a smaller round to suit you.
As part of the franchise agreement an ongoing 20% monthly royalty fee would apply.
A requirement for the position would be that you have a full driving license and a suitable van, in good condition – If you don’t have van or the means to buy one we can help you with this. You could lease one of our fully fitted vans for a fixed fee each month, with this there would be no fixed contract or period of lease involved. So once you’ve earned enough to buy your own you can simply stop leasing ours.

Please note: The starting earning for each franchise location is not the bottom line wage, it is simply the amount you will earn from day 1 with the amount of work that is already built for that franchise.
We look to grow and scale each franchise as rapidly as possible and the earning potential is only limited by the amount of hours you would like to work. It is very possible (and already being done) to hit the £80,000 turnover a year mark.
Our average franchisee working at approximately 40 hours per week is on target to have a yearly revenue of £78,000.
PROJECTED TURNOVER:
Year 1 – £40,000 – £45,000
Year 2 – £60,000 – £65,000
Year 3 – £75,000 – £80,000
