Fascia Cleaning Services
Including cleaning of downpipes
When your fascias start looking dirty it can really impact on the appearance and overall feel of your property. They stand out for the wrong reasons and are an eyesore to look at.
Its worth bearing in mind with uPVC, when dirt has been left for long periods of time it can result in ‘tiger stripes’ or a form of shadowing that remains even after the fascias have been cleaned.
Although if left for a short amount of time it won’t do too much harm, if left long enough these marks won’t come off, no matter how much they’re cleaned them as they are etched deep into the layers of the uPVC.
We can clean extremely dirty fascia, soffit & gutters, more often than not with the aid of some powerful cleaning solutions, bringing them back to appear beautiful again. However if the dirt has been left building up for years,
some of the tiger stripes may still remain.
It’s important not to let your fascias get to that point.

FAQ
While that’s a matter of preference, on average, majority of our customers have their fascias cleaned once every 12 months.
You could go 12-18 months or even longer if you preferred, however keep in mind if dirt is left on fascias for too long it will result in a type of staining commonly known as tiger striping. It’s called tiger striping as that’s how it look on the fascias, when this has happened it can’t just be cleaned off as it’s etched into the deeper layers of the uPVC.
Yes. Every fascia clean also consists of cleaning of all the downpipes as standard.
